- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 c. Butter, softened
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1Â 1/2 c. Quick-cooking oats
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Candy-coated lowfat milk chocolate pcs such as M&M's
- 1 c. Salted peanuts,coarse choppd

- 1. Combine granulated and brown sugars, butter, Large eggs and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed, scraping the sides of the bowl often, till light and fluffy, about 2 to 3 min.
- 2. Add in flour, oats, baking soda and salt. Beat at low speed, scraping sides of bowl often, till well-mixed, about 2 to 3 min. By hand, stir in candy and peanuts. Drop dough by scant 1/4-cupfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
- 3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven till light golden, about 14 to 18 min.
