Ingredients: 2 lb Hash Browns, frzn; 1/2 c. Butter, melted; 1 can Cream of chicken soup; 1 pt Lowfat sour cream; 1/2 c. Onion, minced; 2 c. Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded; 1 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Pepper; 2 c. Cornflakes, crushed; 1/4 c. Butter, melted

2 lb Hash Browns, frzn
1/2 c. Butter, melted
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 pt Lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. Onion, minced
2 c. Cheddar cheese, mild, shredded
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 c. Cornflakes, crushed
1/4 c. Butter, melted

Инструкции

Defrost hashbrowns. Combine next 7 ingredients and mix with hashbrowns. Put all in a 3-quart. casserole dish. Saute/fry' cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350@ for about 40 min.
