Ingredients: 3 1/2 c. Flour; 2 c. Whole wheat flour; 1 c. Rye flour; 1 c. Corn meal; 2 c. Chicken or possibly meat stock; 2 c. Cracked wheat; 1/2 c. Powdered lowfat milk; 1/8 tsp SEA salt, optional; 1 pkt Yeast; 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk, (to be brushed on)

Ингредиенты

3 1/2 c. Flour
2 c. Whole wheat flour
1 c. Rye flour
1 c. Corn meal
2 c. Chicken or possibly meat stock
2 c. Cracked wheat
1/2 c. Powdered lowfat milk
1/8 tsp SEA salt, optional
1 pkt Yeast
1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk, (to be brushed on)

Инструкции

Mix dry ingredients (except yeast). Dissolve yeast in hot water. Add in dry mix; mix well. Roll into 1/2 inch thickness on ungreased sheet. Cut into squares, brush with lowfat milk. Bake 45 min at 300 degrees; then turn off oven and leave in overnight to harden. Whole wheat and/or possibly white flour may be substituted for grainier flour if you wish.
