Ингредиенты
- 1 can crab meat
- 1/4 c. cream cheese
- 1 green onion, finely minced
- Garlic salt to taste
- 1 pkg. Wonton skins
- 1 egg white
Инструкции
- Blend first 4 ingredients till smooth using the liquid from the can. Place 1/2 tsp of filling on wonton skin. Fold to create triangle and seal with egg white. Fry in hot oil, doing several at a time. They will puff up and turn a light brown color. Serve immediately.
