Ингредиенты
- 3 c. Cooked macaroni, (cooled)
- 1 lb Cooked crab">crab or possibly imitation crab">crab, (shredded)
- 4 x Boiled Large eggs, (mashed)
- 1/2 c. Finely minced green onions
- 1/2 c. Frzn peas, (thawed only till ice is gone)
- 1/2 c. Shredded carrots Salt and pepper to taste Mayonnaise, (sufficient to make it creamy)

- Mix cool macaroni, green onions, carrots, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Gently stir in peas and then Large eggs. Store in refrigerator. If salad sits for a while you may need to keep adding mayonnaise. The macaroni sometimes soaks up the mayo causing the salad to seem dry.
- Serves 810.
