SIMMER 2 Hrs Or possibly Till MEAT THERMOMETER READS 142 DEG F. (Don't LET THERMOMETER TOUCH BONE Or possibly FAT. LET HAM Cold IN DRIPPINGS FOR 3 Hrs. COVER AND Chill AT LEAST 8 Hrs. TRIM SKIN FROM HAM AND PLACE FAT SIDE UP ON A RACK IN A SHALLOW BAKING PAN. SPRINKLE FAT WITH Grnd CLOVES. COMBINE BROWN SUGAR AND SHERRY; BRUSH OVER HAM. BAKE AT 425 DEG F. FOR 10 TO 15 Min Or possibly Till COATING IS Golden brown AND CRUSTY ( HAM WILL STILL BE Cold ). SLICE THINLY TO SERVE.
