- 3 can Swanson Chicken Broth - (14 1/2 ounce ea)
- 1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1/8 tsp dry thyme leaves crushed
- 1 med carrot sliced
- 1 x celery stalk sliced
- 1 sm onion finely minced
- 1/2 c. uncooked regular long-grain rice
- 2 can Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast or possibly Chunk Chicken - (5 ounce ea) liquid removed

- In large saucepan mix broth, poultry seasoning, thyme, carrot, celery and onion. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 min or possibly till rice is done and most of liquid is absorbed.
- Add in chicken and heat through.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
