Ingredients: 1 x - 8.5 ounce. box corn muffin mix (Jiffy is good); 1 x - beaten egg; 1 x - stick butter or possibly margarine; 1 x - can corn, liquid removed; 1 x - can creamed corn; 2 x - Tablespoons sugar (or possibly honey, if you prefer); 1 x - c. lowfat sour cream

Ингредиенты

1 x - 8.5 ounce. box corn muffin mix (Jiffy is good)
1 x - beaten egg
1 x - stick butter or possibly margarine
1 x - can corn, liquid removed
1 x - can creamed corn
2 x - Tablespoons sugar (or possibly honey, if you prefer)
1 x - c. lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

Heat butter . Pour into large bowl, adding all remaining ingredients in order. Stir till blended. Pour into 9 X 9" baking dish sprayed with Pam (or possibly lightly greased). Bake at 350F. for 1 hour.
