Ингредиенты

4 c. All-purpose flour*
4 c. Yellow commeal
1 3/4 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
1/3 c. Baking pwdr
2 tsp Salt
1 3/4 c. Shortening

Инструкции

Mix flour, cornmeal, dry lowfat milk, baking pwdr and salt. Cut in shortening completely. Chill in airtight container up to I month. 12 c. mix.
*lf using self-rising flour, reduce baking pwdr to 2 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. and omit salt. Use stoneground cornmeal if possible.
