- 2 tsp Chili pwdr (up to 3)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar

- Skillet over med. heat till browned, stirring to crumble meat; drain. Add in water and remaining ingred. to skillet; stir well Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer mix, uncovered, 30 min, stirring occasionally.
- Yield: about 3 c.
