- 4 lb collard greens
- 1/4 lb smoked turkey breast
- 3 c. reduced-sodium, reduced-fat chicken broth
- 2 med onions, minced
- 3 whl garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp pepper
Инструкции
- Wash and cut the collard greens and place them in a large stockpot. Add in the remaining ingredients and sufficient water to cover.
- Cook till tender, stirring occasionally, about 3 1/2 hrs. The flavors will blend even more if you let the greens sit for a bit after cooking.
- Serving size: 1 c.
