- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 x scallions finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Rice Wine Sake

- Divide the tofu into four c.. Mix together the sauce ingredients and sprinkle them on top. Flavor with chili pepper flakes if you like. You can also sprinkle the tofu with dry bonita flakes.
