Ingredients: 2 c. all-purpose flour; 1 c. self-rising flour; 2 stk oleo; 1/2 c. shortening; 3 c. sugar; 1 c. lowfat milk; 6 x Large eggs; 3 tsp lemon extract (NOT LEMON JUICE)

Ингредиенты

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. self-rising flour
2 stk oleo
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
1 c. lowfat milk
6 x Large eggs
3 tsp lemon extract (NOT LEMON JUICE)

Инструкции

Sift flours together 5 times. Cream oleo and shortening. Add in sugar gradually. Add in flour a small portion at a time, beating after each addition. Add in lemon extract. Turn into greased, floured, 10 inch tube pan(angel food pan). Put in Cool oven. Set oven to bake at 325 degrees. Bake 1 hour and 15 min.
