- reserved fish from Salmon Trout
- 1 c. grated cucumber salt
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill

- In sieve, sprinkle cucumber lightly with salt; toss well. Let stand to drain for 20 min. Rinse under cool running water and drain on paper towels. Place in bowl and stir in mayonnaise and dill.
- Serve with reserved salmon cut into chunks.
- Makes about 4 servings
