- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2/3 c. oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Mix all ingredients well. You can add in applesauce, dates, nuts, apples, raisins, etc. to batter. Spoon into a greased broiler pan, 18x12x1 inch or possibly three 7-inch cake pans.On top sprinkle with the following mix: 2 T flour 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 c. butter
- Cut butter into the other ingredients till crumbly looking. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Don't over bake.
