Ингредиенты

2 x Large eggs, beaten
1 c. Molasses (dark or possibly white)
1 c. Lowfat milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Flour
2 Tbsp. Melted butter
1 c. Coconut

Инструкции

Mix together all the ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake the pie at 450 oF for 15 min. Reduce the heat to 350 oF and bake it for 20 to 30 min longer.
