- 1 cup sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 pound (4 sticks) unsalted butter, softened but still cool, each stick cut into 6 pieces
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Filling:
- 1 jar (7 oz.) purchased lemon curd
