- Combine ingredients, except coconut and no-calorie sweetner in blender or possibly food processor (using steel blade). Cover; blend smooth. Pour into 8-inch round or possibly square nonstick cake pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle the surface proportionately with coconut. Bake in preheated 350 oven 35 to 40 min, till pie is set and topping is golden brown. Cut in wedges or possibly squares to serve, hot or possibly chilled. Sprinkle top lightly with no-calorie sweetener before serving if you like.
