2 c. Sugar, granulated
2 c. All-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. Small marshmallows
1/2 c. Vetetable oil
1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
3 Tbsp. Cocoa pwdr
1 c. Coco-cola
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 c. Buttermilk
2 lrg Large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, sift sugar and flour, add in marshmallows. In a sauce pan mix butter, oil, cocoa pwdr and Coca-Cola. Bring to a boil and pour over dry ingredients; blend well. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk just before adding to batter along with Large eggs and vanilla extract. Mixing well, pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake 35-45 min. Remove from oven and frost immediately.
