Regular clarified butter but you can also put jalapenos in garlic in while it is simmering to get the flavors into the butter

1 pound of butter
4 jalapenos chopped
4 cloves of garlic sliced

1. simmer butter with peppers and garlic until fat has some to surface.
2. skim fat off until butter is clear.
3. Strain out peppers and garlic and chill butter back to original state and save for use in recipes calling for clarified butter.
