- 1/2 stk butter
- 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 x Green apples, peel, core & slice
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Flour, unbleached
- 1 1/4 c. 1% lowfat lowfat milk Powdered sugar

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar & cinnamon. Add in the sliced apples. Cook till apples are translucent/soft, about 5 min.
- While the apples are cooking, put lowfat milk, Large eggs and vanilla in blender; mix thoroughly. Then add in flour to mix and blend.
- Spray pie dish with PAM. Add in apples, then pour in batter. Bake for about 15 min or possibly till puffy and golden. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, slice and serve.
