Ingredients: 2 c. Sugar; 2 c. Flour; 3 Tbsp. Baking pwdr; 1 c. Oil; 4 x Large eggs; 2 1/2 tsp Vanilla; 1/3 c. Orange juice; 6 x Apples, pared, thinly sliced, dropped into lemon water and liquid removed well; 1 c. Sugar; 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

Ингредиенты

2 c. Sugar
2 c. Flour
3 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
1 c. Oil
4 x Large eggs
2 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/3 c. Orange juice
6 x Apples, pared, thinly sliced, dropped into lemon water and liquid removed well
1 c. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

Инструкции

Mix together well the sugar and cinnamon. Sift other dry ingredients together and put in a large bowl; add in Large eggs, oil, vanilla and orange juice, mixing well; pour 1/4 of batter into a greased and floured tube pan; top with 1/4 of apples; sprinkle with 1/4 of sugar/cinnamon; continue layering, ending with sugar/cinnamon; bake in a preheated 350 oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs; cold on a wire rack.
Note. May be eaten plain or possibly frosted with a simple lemon, cinnamon or possibly nutmeg flavored frosting. Chuck in Pok.
