Ингредиенты

1 c. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
1 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Grnd cinnamon
2 c. Warm water
2 can (6 ozs) orange juice concentrate, thawed
4 quart Lowfat milk
2 pt Orange sherbet

Инструкции

Combine cocoa, sugar and cinnamon in a very large saucepan or possibly kettle. Stir in warm water and simmer, stirring over low heat for 4 min. Blen din orange juice and lowfat milk. Hot over low heat but don't boil. If you like, pour into a cast-iron Dutch oven and bring to the table. Ladle servings into mugs or possibly c. and top with small scoops of orange sherbet.
