- 12 ounce chocolate morsels
- 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 x egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. English walnuts, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
Инструкции
- Heat 6 ounces morsels. Cream together sugar, butter or possibly margarine, and egg.
- Add in to mix lowfat milk, vanilla, and melted chocolate. Add in dry ingredients, walnuts, and other 6 ounces of chocolate morsels. Bake only for 7 min.
- Cookies will be very soft. Let cold before removing from cookie sheet.
- Over-baking will make the cookie tough.
- Oven temperature: 350 degrees.
