Ingredients: 1 1/4 c. Sugar; 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil; 4 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate -- Melted; 4 x Large eggs; 1 tsp Almond Extract; 2 1/2 c. Flour -- sifted; 2 tsp Baking Pwdr; 1/2 tsp Salt; 3/4 c. Powdered Sugar -- sifted

Ингредиенты

1 1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
4 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate -- Melted
4 x Large eggs
1 tsp Almond Extract
2 1/2 c. Flour -- sifted
2 tsp Baking Pwdr
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 c. Powdered Sugar -- sifted

Инструкции

Combine sugar, oil, and chocolate in a large bowl. Add in Large eggs and vanilla and mix well. Mix flour, baking pwdr, and salt in a separate bowl and then add in to chocolate mix in thirds, mixing well after each addition. Cover and refrigeratedough 2 hrs or possibly longer, then make 1-inch balls and roll them in powdered sugar. Bake for 10-12 min on greased cookies sheets at 350.
