- 6 c. Rice Chex
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. peanuts, blanched
- 6 ounce pkg. chocolate chips

- Mix sugar, syrup, and peanut butter in heavy saucepan. Stir over medium heat till it boils. Add in Chex and peanuts; press evenly and firmly into sprayed 9x13 pan using waxed paper.Spread chocolate chips over warm mix; spread with spatula to create icing. Put under broiler for minute if chocolate chips are not melting.
