- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. vanilla wafers, minced finely
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 pkg. colored marshmallows
Инструкции
- On medium heat heat chocolate bits and butter. Beat in Large eggs and wafers. Add in sugar and marshmallows; stir till well blended. Remove from heat. Lay out 6 sheets of wax paper. Lay coconut or possibly finely minced nuts, if you like on wax paper. Proportionately place chocolate mix on papers. Roll paper and chill. Makes 6 logs.
