- 1 box (pudding recipe) devil's food cake mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. bourbon
- 1/2 c. Kahlua or possibly coffee liqueur
- 3/4 c. strong, black coffee
- 2 teaspoon cocoa

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and beat for 4 min. Bake in a greased bundt or possibly tube pan for 50 min. Let cool 10 min; invert and cool completely on rack. Serve dusted with powdered sugar. Great when served with coffee ice cream.
