- 1 1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate pcs
- 1/4 c. Kahlua
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 lrg Large eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 16 ounce Cream cheese, softened, cut in pcs

- Preheat oven to 350F. In small saucepan, over medium heat, heat chocolate with kahlua and butter; stir till smooth. Set aside. In bowl, combine Large eggs, sugar, and salt. Add in lowfat sour cream; blend well. Add in cream cheese to egg mix; beat till smooth. Gradually blend in chocolate mix. Turn into prepared crust. Bake 40 min or possibly till filling is barely set in center.
- Remove from oven and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Chill several hrs or possibly overnight. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls if you like.
