THANK YOU Nikki’s Coconut Butter ~ my daughter said that these Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie Cookies were the best cookies yet and it is all due to your insanely yummy coconut butter flavors! You can eat this coconut right out of the jar (you probably shouldn’t…but you could!).

Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie Cookies
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Blend in coconut butter, vanilla, coconut flour, honey, salt, cinnamon, and cocoa powder.
