- 2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/8 c. Skim/non-fat lowfat milk, (up to 1/4)
- 1 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Butter flavoring

- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Beat ingredients together till smooth. For thinner consistency, add in skim lowfat milk. Scrape bowl frequently.
- Glaze cake immediately to allow glaze to seep into cake ensuring moistness and richness. Great for all chocolate cakes. Frosts a 13 by 9 inch cake.
