- 1/4 cup plus 2 tsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups (packed) brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
