Ингредиенты

11 ounce cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. chocolate chips, melted
1/4 c. creme de menthe
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 c. coarsely minced pecans

Инструкции

In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, melted chocolate chips, liqueur, and cinnamon.
Blend till smooth. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs. Form into ball and roll in minced nuts. Serve with chocolate wafer cookies.
Note: Baileys or possibly Kaluha can be substituted for the creme de menthe.
