  1. Preparation: Soften oleo to room temperature. Cream together oleo and cream cheese. Add in confectioners' sugar and any additional flavorings. Shape into Large eggs. Place on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Refrigeratein refrigerator at least 2 hrs overnight. Coat with chocolate. Heat together in top of double boiler. Dip Large eggs into chocolate mix to coat.
  2. Yield:approximately 2 dozen small Large eggs.
