- 2 1/4 c. flour, unsifted
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (4 ounce) pkg. Jello brand chocolate flavor instant pudding mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (12 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 c. nuts, minced

- Mix flour with baking soda. Put together sugars, butter, vanilla and pudding fold in large bowl. Beat till smooth and creamy. Beat in large eggs. Gradually add in flour mix. Then stir in chips and nuts (batter will be stiff). Drop by rounded tsp about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees 8 to 10 min.Makes about 7 dozen.
