- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. margarine softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 x egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal
- 6 ounce semi-sweet chocolate morsels Vegetable cooking spray

- 1. In small mixing bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside.
- 2. In large mixing bowl, beat together margarine and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla. Beat well. Add in flour mix, mixing till combined. Stir in Kellogg's r Rice Krispiesr cereal and chocolate morsels. Drop by level measuring Tbsp. onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
- 3. Bake at 350F about 12 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Remove immediately from baking sheets and cold on wire racks. Store in airtight container.
- YIELD: about 3 1/2 dozen cookies, 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
