- 3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. minced nuts
- 1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
- 1 pkg. (6 ounce.) chocolate chips
- Confectioners' sugar (optional)

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift together flour, salt and baking pwdr. Set aside. Beat together butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs, lowfat milk and vanilla; beat till creamy. Add in dry ingredients, stirring with hands or possibly spoon till stiff dough forms.
- Take out 1/4 of dough, put into small bowl. Add in nuts to this. Add in pistachio pudding mix and all but 1/4 c. of chocolate chips to remaining dough. Shape teaspoonfuls of this dough into balls and place about 1 1/2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet. Cover bottom of drinking glass with a damp cloth and flatten balls of dough.
- Shape minced nut dough mix into marble sized balls and place on top of flattened pistachio cookies. Lightly place one of reserved chocolate chips into each marble sized ball of dough pointed side up.
- Bake for 8-10 min or possibly till done. Cold on racks. If you like, dust with confectioners' sugar. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
