- 1 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 TBSP hot water
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Инструкции
- Heat oven to 300 degrees.
- Cream together shortening, brown sugar and sugar.
- Add eggs water and vanilla.
- Add flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Mix well.
- Add chocolate chips.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto greased sheet pan.
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes
