Name: Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients: 2 c. Butter; 4 c. Flour; 2 tsp Baking soda; 2 c. Sugar; 5 c. Oatmeal; 24 ounce Chocolate chips; 2 c. Brown sugar; 1 tsp Salt; 1 x Hershey Bar -- grated; 4 x Large eggs; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 3 c. Nuts -- minced; 2 tsp Vanilla

Ингредиенты

2 c. Butter
4 c. Flour
2 tsp Baking soda
2 c. Sugar
5 c. Oatmeal
24 ounce Chocolate chips
2 c. Brown sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 x Hershey Bar -- grated
4 x Large eggs
2 tsp Baking pwdr
3 c. Nuts -- minced
2 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 375F.
Measure the oatmeal and blend in a blender to a fine pwdr.
Cream the butter and both sugars. Add in Large eggs and vanilla; mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking pwdr, and soda. Add in chocolate chips, Hershey Bar and nuts.
Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 min.
Makes 112 cookies.
