- 2 T warm water
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Chocolate chips

- Heat butter. Add in large eggs and vanilla. Beat. Add in dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Mix well. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 min.
