- NOTE: Use a springform pan for easy removal.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees for crust, cut butter into brownie mix till mix is crumbly. Stir in water. Pat mix into bottom of an ungreased 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min and remove from oven. Increase oven temperature to 450 degrees.
- Mix at low speed cream cheese, flour and sugar; add in Large eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour onto crust and bake for 10 min. Reduce temperature to 250 degrees and bake for 30 min longer. Cold completely then spoon cherry pie filling over top. Chill till ready to serve.
