- 1 reg. size chocolate cake mix with pudding
- 1 reg. size pkg. instant chocolate fudge pudding
- 1 (8 ounce) carton black cherry yogurt
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. maraschino cherry juice, mixed with 1 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. minced maraschino cherries

- Mix all above ingredients together with mixer for 2 min at medium speed. Add in:
- Put mix in Bundt pan sprayed well with Pam and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.Frost cake with 1/2 can of Betty Crocker lowfat sour cream chocolate frosting. Decorate top of cake with halved maraschino cherries. This cake is wonderfully moist and will appeal to chocolate lovers everywhere.
