- 3 c. (18 ounce.) semisweet chocolate pcs
- 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk, (not evaporated)
- 1 dsh Salt
- 1 c. Minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. Caramel ice cream topping
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

- In saucepan over low heat, heat chocolate pcs with lowfat milk and salt. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts, topping and vanilla. Spread proportionately into foil-lined 8 or possibly 9' square pan. Refrigerate2 hrs or possibly till hard. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut fudge into pcs.
- Makes about 2 lbs.
