- 1 pkt Chipits semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1/4 c. Peanut butter
- 2/3 c. Brown sugar, lightly packed
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c. Chipits butterscotch chips, divided
Инструкции
- 1. Heat 1 c. semi-sweet chips with peanut butter over warm water. Stir in sugar and egg and mix well. Stir in all other ingredients except butterscotch chips. Beat till smooth and creamy, about 2 mins. Stir in 1/2 c. butterscotch chips.
- 2. Pour into 9"x9" pan and sprinkle proportionately with remaining chips (chocolate and butterscotch). Bake at 350F for 45-50 mins till tester comes clean.
