Name: Chocolate Bit Lunchbox Bars
Ingredients: 2/3 c. Butter; 1/2 c. Sugar; 1/2 c. Light brown sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 c. Sifted flour; 3/4 tsp Baking soda; 3/4 tsp Salt; 1 c. Rolled oats(quick or possibly regular) uncooked; 1 pkt (6 ounce) chocolate bits; 1/2 c. Minced nuts

Ингредиенты

2/3 c. Butter
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Light brown sugar
2 x Large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Sifted flour
3/4 tsp Baking soda
3/4 tsp Salt
1 c. Rolled oats(quick or possibly regular) uncooked
1 pkt (6 ounce) chocolate bits
1/2 c. Minced nuts

Инструкции

Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Add in to creamed mix. Stir in oats, chocolate bits and nuts. Turn dough into well-greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 25 min. Cold slightly and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar, then cut into bars.
Makes 3 dozen. Donot overbake.
