- Mix first 5 ingredients into batter. Drop pork pcs into batter and fry in warm oil. For sweet and sour sauce: combine sugar, vinegar, catsup, soy sauce, cornstarch and water. Cook till thick. Add in one can pineapple chunks and pour over pork. Good served over rice.
