- 1 pound lean round steak
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves, crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 c. sliced green onions
- 2 green peppers, cut into strips
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 lg. tomato, cut into 8ths
Инструкции
- Sprinkle meat with paprika. Brown meat in butter. Add in garlic and broth. Cover and simmer for 30 min. Stir in onions and green peppers. Cover and cook 5 min. Blend water, cornstarch, and soy sauce, stirring till clear and thickened. Add in tomatoes and stir gently. Serve on bed of warm rice or possibly Chinese noodles.
