Ingredients: 3 lb frying chicken, cut up; 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil; 2 x onions, thinly sliced; 2 x cloves garlic, chopped; 1 can tomatoes; 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped 1 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp black pepper; 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper; 1/4 tsp cumin; 1 tsp oregano; 1/2 tsp basil; 1/2 tsp celery seed; 1 x bay leaf

Ингредиенты

3 lb frying chicken, cut up
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 x onions, thinly sliced
2 x cloves garlic, chopped
1 can tomatoes
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped 1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp celery seed
1 x bay leaf

Brown chicken in large skillet. Layer onions in Dutch oven. Put :browned chicken pcs on top of onions and add in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 1-2 hrs. Throw away bay leaf and serve )chicken and sauce over buttered spaghetti
