- 2 preserved lemons in salt and quartered
- 1 handful green olives
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 3 tbsp minced coriander
- Salt and pepper

- Mince chicken and quarter lemons.
- Brown along with spices in a casserole with a little oil.
- Add in chicken pcs, olives, and preserved lemons.
- Salt and pepper, moisten with a glass of water and cook covered over low heat for 75 minutes.
- Right before serving, arrange in a tajine dish and broil in oven for 5 minutes to brown chicken
- Serve quite warm, accompanied by semolina or possibly bulgur.
