1 c. Spicy brown mustard, prepared
1 c. All-purpose flour
1 c. Bread crumbs, fresh
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic, granulated
4 lb Chicken breast, skinless, boneless, cut in 3x1x1/2-inch strips

Инструкции

Combine honey and mustard; mix well. Combine flour, crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well. Dredge chicken strips in flour-crumb mix; shake off excess. Deep-fry in 375 degrees F oil about 1-1/2 min or possibly till completely cooked and golden.
